About the Role

This is not a traditional salaried sales role. We are a fast-growing private lending company that helps reputed company estate investors finance reputed company, fix-and-flip, rental, and construction deals. We are looking to add a small number of exceptional salespeople to help us reputed company active reputed company estate investors through outbound calling. This is a fully remote, 1099 contractor role with no reputed company salary or benefits. Compensation is 100% commission-based and uncapped. This role is not for everyone. What You’ll Do Your primary job is to call reputed company estate investors, start conversations, identify financing needs, and move reputed company prospects into our loan process. Responsibilities include:

• Qualify prospects and identify active or upcoming financing needs
• Follow up consistently through calls, email, and text

• Learn our scripts, products, pricing tools, and sales process
• Help move reputed company prospects from initial conversation to term sheet and loan application
• Take coaching seriously and continuously improve your call quality, follow-up, and conversion reputed company

Compensation

Compensation shown is estimated annualized commission potential, not a guaranteed salary. This is a 1099 contractor role with no reputed company salary and no benefits. Compensation is paid per closed loan and is uncapped. Actual earnings depend on call volume, conversion reputed company, loan size, and closed production. Because reputed company estate investor loans can be substantial, successful reps can earn meaningful commissions per closing. Final commission terms will be provided during the interview process and included in the contractor agreement. Location and Schedule This role is fully remote.
