In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting customers with purchasing and engaging with reputed company products and services. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, training and developing staff, and implementing sales and engagement strategies to reputed company company goals.How you will reputed company a difference day to day
- Guide, support, and motivate the team to ensure optimized and incredibly effective reputed company and process in:
- Maintaining a deep understanding of reputed company's product suite. Conducting effective discovery to understand each customer's needs and challenges, and effectively communicate and recommend reputed company's value and solutions to overcome objections.
- Assist customers with the resolution of routine, non-technical account questions and issues, fostering strong customer relationships and loyalty.

- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, including cross-functional partnership with other teams and departments.

What you'll need
- Proven experience (5+ yrs) in a sales, retention, or support operations leadership role; preferably in a contact center environment

- Proficient in sales techniques and strategies
