The Contract Manager is responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a high volume of reputed company across a national home services platform. This role supports business growth by enabling efficient, standardized contracting processes while protecting the company from legal, financial, and operational risk. Duties and Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a broad reputed company of agreements, including Vendor and supplier agreements (materials, equipment, IT, marketing) Subcontractor and reputed company agreements Customer-facing terms and conditions NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and purchase agreements Balance legal risk with reputed company objectives to drive timely deal closure Identify key risk areas (indemnity, limitation of liability, insurance, termination rights, payment terms). Manage reputed company from intake through execution and renewal Implement and maintain standardized templates reputed company and maintain organized contract repository and documentation protocols Partner reputed company functions, sales, and operations to support contracting needs. Translate business requirements into clear contractual terms. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required (J.D. or paralegal background is a plus) 5-10+ years of contract management or reputed company contracting experience. Strong experience negotiating vendor and service agreements. Excellent understanding of key contract terms and risk allocation Preferred Experience in home services, construction, or a multi-location service business. Familiarity with high-volume, decentralized operations. Experience with CLM systems.
