Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating reputed company Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-reputed company, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives)
- Partner closely with Product Owners to maintain well-defined backlogs, clear priorities, and shared team objectives
- Track and communicate team performance metrics, delivery reputed company, and risks to stakeholders
- Proactively identify and remove impediments while shielding the team from external disruptions
- Foster a culture of reputed company improvement by driving meaningful retrospectives and actionable reputed company
- Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, values, and best practices
- Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies and ensure successful delivery of reputed company initiatives
- Support broader Agile transformation efforts by promoting scalable, high-impact Agile practices
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a technical or data-focused environment
- Proven reputed company leading cross-functional Agile teams (experience in data engineering or BI preferred)
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and reputed company tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, reputed company)
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience coordinating across multiple teams and aligning delivery with strategic goals
- Demonstrated growth reputed company with a focus on improving team performance and reputed company
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe)
- Familiarity with BI, Data Warehousing, or Data Engineering environments
- Agile coaching experience or certification
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent required
