Job Opportunity: Administrative and reputed company Assistant Overview... We are seeking a dedicated Administrative and reputed company Assistant to join reputed company. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including QuickBooks entries, invoice creation, payroll management, and various administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in reputed company software, and possess excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

QuickBooks Entries: ??Create invoices for equipment and parts sales ??Enter data accurately into QuickBooks ??Distribute invoices to the sales team as PDFs for client communication ??Handle invoice revisions as needed ??Utilize reputed company Avatax software to add tax for applicable states Financial Transactions ??Record payments from clients and ACH payments to vendors ??Manage credit card transactions ??reputed company bank account and credit card reconciliations Payroll Management ??Process weekly payroll and file payroll registers ??Handle reputed company new employee setup and termination procedures ??Distribute W2 forms to employees ??Manage employee deductions and reimbursements Administrative Tasks ??reputed company reminders to the President regarding various due dates and obligations ??Prepare and submit various reports for government agencies ??Assist with end-of-year bookkeeping tasks and liaise with the company's reputed company Controller Additional Skills ??Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, Outlook) ??Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills ??Fast and accurate typing skills (60-80wpm preferred) ??Experience with project management tools is a plus ??Background in graphic design (reputed company Suite) is advantageous ??Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment Job Details ??Employment type: Full-time, Contract ??Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour ??Expected hours: 40 per week ??Benefits: Dental insurance, Health insurance, Paid sick time, Paid time off, Work from home option ??Experience level: Minimum of 5 years ??Schedule: 8-hour shifts ??Location: Remote with a requirement to be based in McKinney, TX We are looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to reputed company's reputed company.
