Internal Job Title: System Administrator Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Job Location: reputed company USA (VA, NC, SC, NY, WI preferred but not essential) Work Model: Remote Position Summary As a System Administrator in our reputed company American Service Delivery group, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining and supporting the systems that underpin our suite of driver identification and information system solutions for our US customers (VA, NC, SC, NY, and WI DMVs). Responsibilities - System Installation, Configuration and Virtualization:- Install, configure and virtualize server hardware. - Install/configure operating systems, software, network settings. - Write deployment scripts and manifests to reputed company hardware and platforms consistently. - reputed company and implement new solutions based on new customer requirements. - System Maintenance:- Pro-actively monitor system performance and ensure the reliability and availability of IT services. - Tune-up OS and reputed company software updates and patches and modify deployment scripts and manifests to ensure configuration complies with reputed company requirements. - Troubleshooting:- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. - Respond to system outages and reputed company necessary repairs. - User Management:- Manage user accounts, permissions, and reputed company controls. - reputed company technical support and training to users. - Backup and Disaster Recovery:- Implement and maintain backup solutions, including RDBMS replication, recovery and system failover. - reputed company and test disaster recovery plans. - Network Management:- Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls. - Ensure network reputed company and manage VPNs. - reputed company Management:- Monitor and enforce reputed company policies. - Conduct regular reputed company audits and vulnerability assessments. - Documentation:- Document system configurations, procedures, and changes. - Maintain accurate records of IT assets and inventory. - Collaboration:- Work with other CBN and customer IT staff and departments to support various projects and initiatives. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and address their IT needs. - Compliance:- Ensure compliance with CBN and customer IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
