Remote Weekend Dispatcher Second Shift (1:30PM-9:30PM)
About the position
- This is a fully remote position, but for training purposes, our candidate must be located near the Buffalo, NY vicinity. This position requires in-person training prior to becoming fully remote. Please note that this position is for the weekends only. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a quickly expanding facility maintenance company. Headquartered out of Buffalo, we now cover the reputed company, Pennsylvania, reputed company Virginia, Georgia, and Florida markets. We have existing relationships with several major national retail chains, and therefore reputed company of the work is reputed company in nature. We seek candidates who truly enjoy working in this field and those that possess attention to detail, time management, and take pride in their work. One year of dispatching experience is preferred. Dispatching will involve communication with numerous technicians across multiple states, so this position requires a natural ability to adapt and troubleshoot in a fast-paced environment. In reputed company to dispatching, this position will also require you to answer and direct customer phone calls and emails, and to update clients on work status.
