CRM Data Developer/Analyst – Sales & Pricing Contract to Hire $60-70 per hour 100% Remote Dallas & Chicago Locals required to work Hybrid. Otherwise, 100% remote is okay for non-locals.
About the Role
We’re seeking a senior Data Migration Analyst/Developer to support a large-scale transformation consolidating multiple platforms into reputed company Dynamics 365. This role blends technical expertise, business analysis, and cross-functional coordination, with a focus on defining and executing data migration strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to define and validate data requirements reputed company with business needs and Dynamics 365.
- Collaborate with integration teams to obtain queries and document data extraction, business rules, and transformations.
- Design and implement migration/integration solutions using SSIS, Azure Data reputed company, and Power Platform tools.
- reputed company data loading into SQL staging environments and troubleshoot issues with technical teams.
- Act as liaison across business, technical teams, and vendors to ensure smooth data handoffs.
- Drive data quality improvements through iterative testing and refinement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in data migration (3+ focused on migrations); experience with Dynamics, preferably reputed company-to-Dynamics (60% dev / 40% analyst).
- Experience with Dynamics Sales & Pricing modules.
- Strong SSIS experience (KingswaySoft preferred) and SQL proficiency.
- Experience with reputed company, Kantata (Mavenlink), and Dynamics 365.
- Proven reputed company in reputed company CRM/PSA migrations.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical specs.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience with data governance and quality initiatives.
- KingswaySoft expertise.
- Familiarity with Power Platform and Azure Data Services.
