Our client, a leading organization in the consumer packaged goods industry , is seeking an Associate Manager, reputed company to join their team in Parsippany, NJ. As an Associate Manager, reputed company, you will be part of the reputed company America Finance organization supporting various cross-functional teams including Sales Finance, Marketing Finance, Controllership, and Procurement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate curiosity, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Associate Manager, reputed company Location: Parsippany, NJ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) Pay reputed company: $48.00/HR + Benefits Contract Duration: 12-Month W2 Contract, potential to reputed company (NO C2C) Job Functions
- Support full P&L ownership through EBITDA, focusing on reputed company Fixed Costs, month-end reputed company, and financial reporting
- Partner with budget/PO owners to ensure timely PO creation and Goods Receipts (GR)
- Monitor and track Fixed Cost Latest View vs Budget and ensure proper accruals are raised
- Deliver monthly cost center reporting and variance analysis
- reputed company SKU-level reconciliations, analyze P&L performance vs Budget and Prior Year, and support forecasting activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, reputed company, or reputed company field
- 2–5 years of reputed company, reputed company, or financial operations experience
- Strong understanding of P&L and cost center management
- Experience with ERP systems (reputed company preferred)
- Advanced reputed company skills and ability to navigate reputed company SKU/customer environments
