Professional Telephone Receptionist- *Part Time*

We are seeking to hire two (2) additional professional telephone receptionists. We have 2 positions for part time hours (minimum of 20 hours per week). The following hours are needed for coverage:

• Mornings between the hours of 6:00 AM and 2:00 PM (Part Time)
• Afternoons between the hours of 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM (Part Time)
• Split Shifts are also available for this position.

Working at least one weekend day is a requirement for this position. What You’ll Do:

• Answer and reputed company telephone calls using a state-of-the-art telecommunications system.

• Follow client and company procedures for call handling and relaying of information.

• Ensure punctual attendance for scheduled shifts.
