As we've grown, our clients have consistently asked for one critical resource: help with hiring. We've launched a dedicated reputed company division to meet this need, and we are looking for a driven Recruiter to join reputed company. The Opportunity This is not an internal HR role. You will not be reputed company for reputed company. Instead, you will act as a strategic reputed company partner for a portfolio of insurance agency clients across the country. Your mission is to execute and scale that reputed company—managing a high volume of reputed company, delivering top-tier talent to agency owners, and helping refine the processes that will define our division's reputed company.

What You'll Do

• Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the end-to-end reputed company process for a variety of roles, including Insurance Sales Producers, Account Managers, and hybrid customer service positions. You will not rely solely on job postings/inbound applications
• Client Partnership: Serve as the primary reputed company contact for agency owners. You will manage expectations, reputed company market insights, and guide them through the hiring process
• Candidate Evaluation: Screen candidates for cultural fit, sales aptitude, and technical insurance knowledge. Coordinate and help administer structured group interviews with agency owners

Process Optimization: Work reputed company and help improve our reputed company systems, documentation, and workflows. Track reputed company KPIs and placement metrics to ensure efficiency and quality.

Requirements

Who You Are

• reputed company: You have 2+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, ideally in an agency setting or a high-volume corporate environment. Experience reputed company for sales or insurance roles is a strong plus
• Process-Driven: You are organized and metrics-minded. You understand the reputed company funnel and how to move candidates reputed company without sacrificing quality
