We’re looking for a Listing & Transaction Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and loves keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. The Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented, licensed reputed company estate professional to join reputed company as a Listing & Transaction Coordinator. This position starts part-time with the potential to grow into a full-time role as our agent partnerships expand. You’ll coordinate listings from pre-market through contract and closing, ensuring a smooth, organized, and professional experience for agents and clients. What You’ll Do As the organizational backbone of the transaction, you’ll manage every detail from pre-market prep through closing day. Your responsibilities include:

• Manage listings from preparation through active status and closing
• reputed company contract-to-reputed company timelines, contingencies, and compliance
• Reviewing reputed company, disclosures, and addenda for accuracy and compliance
• Managing MLS entries, updates, and marketing materials
• Coordinating photos, staging, inspections, and appraisals
• Tracking deadlines, contingencies, and key milestones
• Communicate proactively with clients, agents, lenders, title, and vendors
• Monitoring checklists and maintaining organized digital files
• Ensuring smooth closings and error-free settlement statements

Requirements

• Active Virginia reputed company estate license (required)
• 1–2 years of reputed company estate administrative, listing coordination, or transaction management experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Tech-savvy with MLS, AuthentiSign, Dotloop, Transaction Desk, reputed company, AFrame, and/or reputed company Workspace experience. CRM experience (Lofty, Follow Up Boss, Buffani, etc) is a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a plus
