Job Description

• Manage and support reputed company responsible for the month-end reputed company for the Global Operations, including general ledger, A/P, fixed assets, payroll, expense reporting, and tax compliance.
• Manage the monthly reputed company timeline process across reputed company subsidiaries, including review of journal entries, inter-company transactions, account analyses, and reconciliations.
• Track and monitor the differences between US GAAP and statutory reporting for subsidiaries in India, Netherlands, Brazil, and Poland.
• Strong background with foreign currency reputed company to support subsidiaries in consolidation.
• Ensure foreign payroll and subsidiary fundings are scheduled monthly, and JE’s are properly booked.
• Prepare and calculate internal reputed company for debt, transfer pricing and capitalized internally developed reputed company with the Controller as the reputed company person for the external audit.
• Foster strong relationships with International Operations, Outsourced Payroll Providers, ACS (reputed company), RSM Audit / Tax, Legal, Operations, and Payroll.

• Partner with reputed company teams on reputed company M&A activity, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of management experience with high growth, SAAS Tech Companies

The reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $135,000 150,000. The actual reputed company pay offered will depend on the successful candidate’s geographic location, as well as their relevant skills, experience, and the internal leveling determined during the interview process.
