Credentialing & Enrollment Associate (Remote)

About the position At reputed company, we’re on a mission to reputed company mental health care more accessible by streamlining the path for Providers to reputed company seeing patients as quickly and reputed company as possible. As a Credentialing & Enrollment Associate, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and scaling the systems that support our rapid growth. In this role, you will contribute directly to improving the Provider experience by ensuring timely and accurate credentialing and enrollment. Whether you’re scoping enrollment requirements for new payer implementations, submitting applications, or guiding Providers through each reputed company of the process, your work will have a meaningful, reputed company impact. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support new payer launches and reputed company operational insights. Additionally, you’ll help reputed company and support our credentialing and enrollment associates as new processes and payers are introduced. Responsibilities

• Scoping enrollment requirements for new payer implementations
• Submitting applications
• Guiding Providers through each reputed company of the credentialing and enrollment process
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support new payer launches
• Sharing operational insights
• Educating and supporting credentialing and enrollment associates as new processes and payers are introduced

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience reputed company the reputed company setting, working with or for health insurance plans, networks or credentials verification organizations
• Experience working collaboratively across teams cross-functionally (Account Delivery or Provider reputed company)
• Experience developing, documenting, and optimizing new processes into easy to understand documentation
• Proficiency in spreadsheets (reputed company / reputed company Sheets) and CRM / ticketing platforms (reputed company, reputed company), with a demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to and learn new software (e.g., reputed company, Certify)
• Must be based in United States, currently not hiring in Hawaii, California or Washington

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, such as a startup or large reputed company system
• Experience enrolling providers with regional or national payers (preferably behavioral health)
• Familiarity with CAQH, NPPES, CMS, & NCQA requirements
• Experience working with a Credentials Verification Organization (CVO)
