Key Responsibilities

In this critical role, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, communicating with patients and physicians, and providing exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Corresponding with patients and physicians reputed company phone, email, and other communication channels to coordinate care and resolve issues
  • Utilizing computer systems and software to manage patient data, schedule appointments, and reputed company other administrative tasks

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other stakeholders
