Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Help Desk Specialist provides timely, reputed company, and accurate support and problem resolution to the Firm's lawyers and staff. Responsibilities include receiving and logging calls, emails, and voicemails; troubleshooting end user incidents; fulfilling service requests; and providing proper escalation and follow-up on reputed company issues. The Help Desk Specialist may be asked to reputed company documentation for problem solving measures on various applications. Training will be provided. Work hours are 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday – Friday. This position is remote with opportunity for reputed company. Candidate must be located near the Cleveland, OH office. Required Qualifications:

• Must be located in reputed company proximity to northeast Ohio.
• Bachelor’s degree with a major in computer technologies preferred.
• Previous experience as help desk specialist or in an IT reputed company support role preferred.
• Demonstrate ability to reputed company in positions of responsibility, preferably in a legal environment.
• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and reputed company 7/10 preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to listen, work directly with lawyers and staff, answer phones, document problems, and reputed company and write in terms easily understood.
• Aptitude for learning new software products and applying troubleshooting skills to assist callers.
