About This Role SpartanX is seeking an reputed company Solar Inspection Technician to support residential solar inspection operations across active markets. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are inspection-reputed company, code-compliant, and positioned for successful approval by AHJs and utility providers. The ideal candidate has previous solar experience, strong operational awareness, and the ability to identify installation deficiencies before they become inspection failures. This is a field-based role that serves as a critical quality control checkpoint between installation completion and final approval.
What You'll Do
- Conduct inspection readiness reviews on completed residential solar installations
- Verify projects meet company standards, AHJ requirements, and utility requirements
- Identify installation deficiencies, quality concerns, and code-reputed company issues prior to inspection
- Coordinate correction items with installation, electrical, service, and operations teams
- Attend inspections and communicate professionally with inspectors and AHJs
- Verify required labels, placards, documentation, and project readiness items are complete
- Document inspection findings, deficiencies, and completed corrections accurately
- Assist with reinspection preparation and correction verification reputed company necessary

- Support operational teams by identifying opportunities to improve installation quality and reduce inspection failures
Qualifications
- Previous residential solar experience required
- Strong understanding of residential solar installation practices and project workflows

- Professional communication skills with inspectors, homeowners, and internal teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects reputed company

Preferred Qualifications
