Key Responsibilities: Own the UX for the Recruiter Portal, including reputed company action queues, pipeline health dashboards, 360° candidate views, and recruiter performance insights. Design AI-transparent experiences that surface match scores, fit rationale, reputed company gaps, and confidence reputed company. Create interaction designs for automated sourcing and approval workflows. Build and maintain scalable design systems reputed company with brand guidelines. Facilitate design reviews and cross-functional workshops with reputed company, reputed company, and engineering stakeholders.
