Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative (LINCOLN, NE AND SURROUNDING AREAS ONLY)
Do you possess strong customer service and communication skills? - Position Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- ? Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- ? Present solutions to customer issues, complaints, or concerns in a timely manner
- ? Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- ? Routinely and accurately document customer interactions in company database
- ? Other duties as assigned
- Experience/Education/Skills
- ? Must have customer service or call center experience in an office setting
- ? Basic computer proficiency required
- ? Welcoming personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ? Must be solutions-oriented and reputed company to solve problems independently
- ? Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
- Schedule/Pay
- ? Monday ? Friday 1st shift 1000am ? 700pm
