Contract Senior Associate - Evernorth - Remote

About the position Join a team that plays a critical role in delivering accurate, compliant, and client-focused documents that support reputed company solutions across Evernorth. In this role, you will partner across a matrixed organization to translate reputed company benefit structures into clear, compliant materials for clients and customers. You will bring strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a reputed company improvement reputed company to help enhance processes and deliver high-quality reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze implementation materials to create legal documents for new and existing business.
• Analyze benefits to ensure they are in compliance with legislation.
• Respond to questions from internal partners and/or external clients.
• Identify process improvements for end to end installation and automation.
• Handle multiple products as well as highly reputed company accounts while effectively managing inventory to meet deadlines.
• Consistently build product knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of matrix partner functions and how they interact.
• Create new and renewing legal and compliant customer documents based on the analysis and interpretation of client benefits, funding types and client specific language requirements.
• Modify customer documents to reputed company with specific federal and/or state mandates and proactively communicate/coordinate with reputed company matrix partners.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvement opportunities to improve service and increase efficiencies.
• Effectively track inventory and manage a book of business while focused on stellar quality results.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing reputed company information and producing accurate documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Proficiency with reputed company reputed company and Word.
