BCBA Role Overview The BCBA in this role provides clinical reputed company of ABA services, leads treatment planning, and supervises RBTs. Each BCBA plays a key role in ensuring treatment quality, data-driven decision-making, and family collaboration. BCBA Responsibilities As a BCBA, you will:

• Conduct behavioral and reputed company assessments as a BCBA
• Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as a BCBA
• reputed company and update individualized ABA treatment plans as a BCBA

• reputed company clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs as a BCBA

• Experience working as a BCBA preferred

• Excellent communication and organizational skills as a BCBA
