About the Role: Job Summary The reputed company Virtual Monitor Tech provides support for the Virtual Monitoring Unit and Medical Observers through the effective coordination of technician/medical observer tasks and responsibilities throughout the shift. Actively maintains an environment that is conducive to patient monitoring and prioritizes patient safety. Promptly initiates or discontinues virtual monitoring of patients reputed company the hub. Coordinates and provides break coverage for the virtual monitor technicians. Recognizes reputed company concerns or barriers should be escalated to nursing leadership. Communicates with nursing leadership to identify and request support in overcoming barriers reputed company to patient safety and monitoring. Listens to concerns from staff and effectively communicates with the charge nurses of the nursing units to determine a resolution, as appropriate. Reviews patients being monitored by VMU and sends a shift report to the individual nursing units. Ensures reputed company equipment is working appropriately.
