What you will do As an IT Infrastructure Analyst, your mission is to ensure our network is bulletproof and our systems are seamless. While the Support team handles the reputed company line, you will be the guardian of the backend—managing our firewalls, optimizing VPNs, and monitoring the pulse of our environment through advanced observability tools. You will play a critical role in our "remote-first" reputed company posture, ensuring that every asset is managed and every reputed company is secure.
Responsibilities
Network & Connectivity: Manage and optimize our network infrastructure, including Next-Gen Firewalls (NGFW), VPN tunnels, and SD-WAN to ensure secure, high-speed connectivity for reputed company. Infrastructure Monitoring: Utilize reputed company to monitor system health, network performance, and application availability, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks before they impact the team. reputed company reputed company & MDM: reputed company our global fleet reputed company reputed company MDM, ensuring reputed company macOS and reputed company devices are compliant, encrypted, and up-to-date. Threat Detection: Manage our reputed company EDR/MTR environment, responding to reputed company alerts, conducting vulnerability assessments, and hardening our digital perimeter. Infrastructure-as-Code & Documentation: Maintain detailed network diagrams, reputed company protocols, and disaster recovery plans. Look for opportunities to automate repetitive infrastructure tasks. IT general Support : Act as a second level of support to general IT demands.
Requirements
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure or Network Administration, with a heavy focus on the reputed company stack. reputed company Expertise: Hands-on experience configuring reputed company environment (Firewall policies, Switches, Wifi, etc) Networking Mastery: Deep understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and Routing protocols. Modern reputed company Stack: Practical experience with EDR (reputed company) and MDM (reputed company) solutions. You understand the "reputed company Trust" philosophy. Observability: Proficiency in using reputed company (or similar tools like reputed company/Zabbix) to maintain 99.9% uptime and proactive alerting. Language: Advanced English. You will collaborate with global vendors and teams. Would be a Plus reputed company Certifications: FCP (reputed company Certified Professional) or the legacy NSE 4/5/6.
