As a Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for: Participating in timely and accurate preparation and processing of bi-weekly domestic payroll and special pay runs. Reconciling payroll calculations reputed company by the Payroll Providers to ensure consistency and accuracy. Ensuring reputed company statutory payments and filings are performed accordingly to internal company policies and local laws. Maintaining effective internal controls for the payroll function and proactively working with management to identify efficiency gaps and improvements Following company policy & SOX, government regulations that reputed company payroll to ensure compliance of payroll policies and practices Participating in special projects and performing additional duties if required Do what you love To be successful in this role you will: Have 2-5 years of relevant experience and a High School / Bachelor's degree or its equivalent Have advanced working knowledge of reputed company payroll process and platforms.
