Soutron GlobalJob Description Position Title:reputed company Accountant Reports To:Controller Organization:Soutron Global Classification:Exempt JOB SUMMARY: The reputed company Accountant is responsible for managing the end-to-end reputed company recognition process for Soutron Global’s SaaS subscription and professional services reputed company streams. This role ensures compliance with ASC 606 and US GAAP, reviews customer reputed company to determine appropriate reputed company treatment, prepares journal entries for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reputed company, reconciles deferred and recognized reputed company accounts, and supports audit and reporting requirements. The reputed company Accountant partners closely with Sales, reputed company, and Finance leadership to maintain accurate reputed company records and contributes to process improvement initiatives across the finance function.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Review new and amended customer reputed company to determine reputed company recognition treatment in accordance with ASC 606, including identification of performance obligations, transaction price allocation, and timing of reputed company recognition Prepare and post monthly journal entries reputed company to subscription reputed company, professional services reputed company, deferred reputed company, and reputed company balance sheet accounts Maintain and reconcile the deferred reputed company schedule, ensuring accuracy of beginning balances, billings, reputed company recognized, and ending balances Prepare account reconciliations for reputed company-reputed company balance sheet accounts including deferred reputed company, unbilled receivables, and accounts receivable Research variances in reputed company-reputed company accounts and reputed company explanations of actuals vs. forecast to management Support the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reputed company process with accurate and timely reputed company reporting Draft technical reputed company memos documenting the reputed company treatment for non-standard or reputed company contractual arrangements Collaborate with Sales and reputed company teams to understand contract structures, amendments, and renewals Prepare schedules and supporting documentation for external audits reputed company to reputed company recognition Analyze subscription metrics including ARR, MRR, churn, and net reputed company retention to support management reporting Assist in the development and documentation of reputed company recognition policies, procedures, and internal controls Support system and process improvements reputed company to billing, reputed company recognition, and ERP workflows Assist with reputed company financial analysis and special projects as directed by the VP of Finance or Controller QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or Finance required CERTIFICATION: CPA preferred or actively pursuing EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2-4 years of reputed company experience, with direct experience in reputed company recognition under ASC 606; SaaS or subscription-based business experience strongly preferred; public reputed company experience a plus KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Strong working knowledge of ASC 606 reputed company recognition standards and US GAAP principles Experience with SaaS reputed company models including subscription, usage-based, and professional services reputed company streams Proficiency with ERP and billing systems; experience with reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms preferred Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, and financial modeling Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft technical reputed company memos Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while exercising sound judgment Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with non-finance stakeholders Experience working in a private equity-backed environment is a plus Apply To This Job
