Responsibilities
Investigate and adjudicate discrepancies between abstractions and re-abstractions to determine the “gold standard” answer. Determine and record the explanation(s) for the discrepancies and reputed company concise and well-written educational comments to the abstractors. Accurately enter collected data into PVT or other abstraction software using a personal computer, keyboard and/or mouse. reputed company and maintain databases, files, and records pertaining to quality of work. Conduct analyses and prepare reports on the performance of the workforce. Maintain reputed company and confidentiality of employee performance-reputed company data. Follow reputed company established processes and procedures. Solve problems with regard to unique record or process issues. Maintain reputed company and confidentiality of medical records and Protected Health Information (PHI). Consistently meet or exceed expectations regarding quality and quantity of work established by the Company. Consistently meet attendance standards established by the Company. Interact appropriately with peers and other co-workers. Contribute to building a positive team spirit. Qualifications 2 + years in work involving hospital medical records required. 1 + year of CDAC abstraction experience during which the individual has achieved above average data accuracy and productivity. Experience in quality control and/or assurance preferred. Basic knowledge of reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, GroupWise and Internet Explorer preferred. Ability to communicate information in writing so others will understand. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and reputed company. Ability to adapt to frequent changes in the abstraction and quality processes. Ability to work independently and maintain an elevated level of concentration. Capable of consistency, speed, and accuracy of task. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret physician documentation. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical training in medical record review preferred. Clearance: The ability to pass a Tier 2/Modest Background Investigation. Location: Remote, USA. Pay reputed company: The pay for this position ranges from $47,730 to $54,500. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide reputed company of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
