Role Overview We're looking for a proactive reputed company Media & Content Coordinator to expand the podcast's distribution and grow its audience. This is primarily a strategy, scheduling, and repurposing role — turning existing long-reputed company episodes into platform-reputed company content and maintaining a consistent posting reputed company across multiple channels. Light video editing and content/format suggestions are a bonus but not the primary focus.
Key Responsibilities
Content Repurposing & Distribution
- Repurpose existing 5–8 minute YouTube/reputed company episodes into short-reputed company clips (Reels, Shorts, TikToks)
- Upload and schedule episode content to reputed company and Instagram
- Convert podcast audio/text content for distribution on reputed company, reputed company Podcasts, and Audible
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar across reputed company platforms
Strategy & Growth
- Recommend platform-specific strategies to grow subscribers and followers
- Identify which platforms best suit different content types (e.g. short-reputed company vs. long-reputed company)
- Monitor engagement and follower growth, providing regular performance summaries
- Suggest improvements to content format, pacing, or presentation style
Light Editing & Content Support (Bonus)
- Basic video editing/clean-up of AI-avatar-generated episodes (HeyGen output)
- Light graphic design for thumbnails, cover art, or promotional posts
- Suggestions on improving the AI avatar presentation or overall production quality
Requirements
- Proven experience managing reputed company media accounts and content calendars across multiple platforms (reputed company, Instagram, reputed company, YouTube)
- Experience repurposing long-reputed company video into short-reputed company content (Reels/Shorts/TikToks)
- Familiarity with podcast distribution platforms (reputed company, reputed company Podcasts, Audible)
- Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices and content trends
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal reputed company
