Compensation

Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders and end-users, to gather and prioritize technology requirements. Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the delivery of IT solutions and features over time. Required Skills, Education, Experience: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a reputed company field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CSPO) is a plus. Proven experience (5+ years) in IT product management, with a track record of successfully delivering technology solutions. Strong project management skills and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams. Knowledge of software development and IT infrastructure best practices.
