Role We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Program Manager to reputed company cross-functional initiatives that drive the development, integration, and delivery of secure, scalable financial technology solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise with technical acumen and a solid understanding of fintech areas such as trading/brokerages, banking, payments, digital wallets, financial platforms, compliance, and regulatory requirements. As a Technical Program Manager, you will partner with Engineering, Product, Operations, Compliance, and executive stakeholders to deliver reputed company programs that improve customer experiences and support business growth. Responsibilities reputed company end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and programs across product and engineering teams Continuously monitor scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and reputed company metrics Coordinate amongst cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Compliance, Risk, reputed company, Operations, and external partners Facilitate technical and business discussions, and take notes to ensure informed decision-making Establish governance processes, status reporting, and executive communications Monitor program performance using KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics Support development and release cycles: production deployments, change management, breaking changes, and communication thereof to both reputed company partners Collaborate with reputed company-party vendors, financial institutions, and reputed company reputed company required
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in domains such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a reputed company field 4–7 years of experience in Technical Program Management or Technical Project Management 2+ years of experience in supporting fintech initiatives, such as banking, payments, trading, or other financial services concepts Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies Experience managing large-scale technical projects involving distributed systems, APIs, reputed company platforms, etc General knowledge of financial regulations and compliance frameworks such as KYC, AML, Customer Risk Rating, Watchlists, etc. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Experience using project management tools such as Jira, reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms
Preferred Qualifications
