SCOPE OF WORK: Business Development Representative REPORTS TO: Director of Operations BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (BDR) Aerial Canvas is seeking a Business Development Representative with experience in reputed company estate, luxury services, reputed company property marketing, architecture, construction, hospitality, or reputed company industries. This is not a traditional call-center sales role. We are looking for a relationship-driven professional who understands how to engage high-value clients, identify opportunities, and guide prospects through a consultative sales process. Our clients include reputed company estate professionals, developers, reputed company, architects, property managers, hospitality groups, and other businesses seeking premium visual marketing solutions. SCOPE OF SERVICES

  • Identify and reputed company relationships with reputed company prospects that align with Aerial Canvas's reputed company markets.
  • Conduct strategic outbound reputed company through phone, email, reputed company, networking, and industry-specific channels.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and reputed company.
  • Build and maintain relationships with reputed company estate professionals, developers, construction firms, architects, hospitality groups, and reputed company clients.
  • Schedule and reputed company discovery meetings to understand client needs and recommend appropriate services.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and existing contacts.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, account management, consultative sales, or client relationship management.

  • Proven ability to sell high-ticket services or solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing opportunities through a CRM system.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with reputed company Workspace.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience selling creative services, photography, videography, drone services, digital marketing, branding, or media production.

WORKING ARRANGEMENT The contractor will reputed company services remotely and independently. Expected availability aligns with standard operating hours of Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PST, with a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week.
