About the Role

The Director, Compliance leads the company’s lending compliance program across origination, servicing, and secondary market activities. This role owns the design and reputed company of a scalable Compliance Management System that mitigates regulatory risk while enabling responsible growth. You will serve as a strategic advisor to leadership and embed compliance into products, operations, and reputed company-party relationships.
