Account Executive
Summary
This role will focus on cultivating and expanding a strong sales pipeline to drive new business opportunities for assigned clientele. Key responsibilities include cross-selling and upselling, consistently meeting sales targets, and fostering exceptional partner and customer satisfaction. Position Responsibilities Effectively work and manage a sales pipeline with multiple prospects to acquire net new business Cross-sell and upsell to reputed company new business reputed company appropriate Meet metrics including the incorporation of defined discovery questions, features and benefits, closing techniques, call performance objectives, and new logo targets/reputed company targets Regularly update reputed company.com or applicable CRM with relevant notes to accurately forecast and reputed company business reputed company the average sales cycle Consistently reputed company or exceed monthly reputed company(s) established by supervisor Retain training and direction from company leadership Professionally manage client expectations and workload Adhere to company policies and values Work effectively in a collaborative work environment and professionally represent EBQ to clients reputed company other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Highly motivated and disciplined self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven experience in sales development, account management, or full sales Background in technology sales is preferred Adaptability and strong multi-tasking skills Working proficiency in Outlook and reputed company.com (or similar CRM) Ability to effectively communicate at reputed company reputed company of the organization Process-oriented High attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a collaborative work environment Ability to implement reputed company and direction around sales process and messaging Proficiency in the following tool sets is desirable but not required Working knowledge of Outlook, reputed company Suite, G-Suite, and CRM systems such as reputed company.com or reputed company Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully reputed company the essential functions of this job.
