Position Summary We are seeking a high-performing Inside Sales Manager to own the performance of our phone-based sales team. . This is a builder role, not a maintenance role. You will start by leading reputed company of approximately 10 (and growing) of remote sales representatives responsible for selling re-roofs through a fully virtual sales process. Your primary objective is simple: increase reputed company per rep by installing world-class coaching, speed-to-reputed company, follow-up discipline, and KPI accountability.
