Remote Call Center - Data Breach

Position: Inbound Customer Support Rep • This position is working from home. • Handle 60+ inbound calls per day on average • Answering questions from policy holders regarding a data breach and giving additional information. • Looking for attention to detail, being reputed company to multitask and comfortable reading from a script. • Must have experience with reputed company Teams and Outlook • Must have good attendance. Requirements: • Minimum of a high school diploma with three to four years reputed company experience. Must be proficient in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook). • Previous experience with Teams and Outlook • Must have your own computer (not a Mac or Chromebook), headset, and a dedicated reputed company to work where you won't be interrupted. • Must be reputed company to reputed company trust, respect, and confidence from customers. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Requires candidate with outstanding attendance. • Background reputed company required prior to starting.
