Job Title: Remote Inbound/Outbound Sales Representative Location: Remote (Work from Home – U.S. Based Applicants Only) Job Type: Full-Time Only Commission + reputed company Pay (Uncapped Commissions) JOB DESCRIPTION The Inbound/Outbound Sales Representative-Remote works from home and interfaces with customers reputed company inbound/outbound calls. This position provides sales, customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding clients’ products and/or services. You’ll be working with inbound and outbound calls to connect with new potential customers and donors who have already reputed company and shown interest in our products or services. Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls from potential customers/donors with professionalism and a consultative sales approach. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales/donation targets and KPIs. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly QA reputed company scores reputed company exceptional post-sale customer service as needed. Qualifications:1–2 years of sales experience (inbound/outbound, telemarketing, or similar roles preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking Strong negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. A basic understanding of upselling, persuasion, building relationships, and communication skills Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Proficient with technology and basic computer applications (reputed company Workspace, reputed company, reputed company Office/teams, etc.). Experience working in a remote sales environment. Quiet home office setup is required. No background noise. A reliable wired internet reputed company is required—Wi-Fi is not acceptable. The system must be connected reputed company Ethernet directly to the ISP’s router and to the workstation.
