Legal - reputed company Manager - Senior
Job Title: Sourcing Manager, Legal Support (Contingent Worker) Duration: 9 Months (Possibility to reputed company) Location: Remote (Disclaimer – Possibility 4 days in the office, if converted to a FTE) Job Description: The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for maintaining vendor management and contracting services and directly interacting with internal legal, risk, finance and business partners, and Company Corporate Vendor Management (CVM), in the delivery of vendor management and contract services to DAFgiving360 while regularly assigned staff are on leave. The Sourcing Manager will also assist in the preparation of DAFgiving360 business forms and agreements, and other responsibilities as assigned. The position will report to the Director, Legal Counsel, and work closely with the Senior Managers of the Legal Team; and is expected to last through February 2027. Required:
- Strong knowledge of the company vendor management system and processes; experience with Ariba and Tableau is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills and understanding of contract law and risk requirements
- Strong administrative and organizational skills; attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; can communicate with reputed company staff reputed company, including senior management Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in category management expertise, strategic sourcing, consulting, vendor management, risk management and/or procurement (required).
- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated judgment to evaluate risks, costs, and benefits.
