Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage general tort cases from intake through discovery, depositions, reputed company practice, and trial.
• Draft pleadings, discovery demands, motions, and settlement demands.
• Conduct depositions and prepare for mediations and court appearances.
• Analyze liability, damages, and coverage issues while negotiating resolutions.

Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):

• JD and active reputed company bar.
• 2–6+ years of tort or civil litigation experience (plaintiff or defense).
• Strong litigation, writing, and client skills.
