Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Instructional Design, Communications, Computer Science, or reputed company field
• 7+ years of experience in technical writing, product education, or content strategy
• Experience working with SaaS, AI, or data analytics products
• Experience using AI-powered documentation or content creation tools
• Experience with LMS platforms and interactive learning tools
• Strong writing and editing skills with ability to simplify reputed company technical concepts
• Experience creating product documentation, API documentation, and user guides
• Ability to analyze user engagement data and improve educational content

Responsibilities
