Job Summary The Remote Bilingual Business Analyst (Spanish) will be responsible for managing the translation and reproduction of member communications into multiple languages and formats, ensuring reputed company and accuracy for M&R materials. You will join the team responsible for managing the Annual Enrollment materials for Medicare & Retirement (M&R). This team is collaborative, working closely to ensure high-quality translations and timely delivery of materials. It is a dynamic environment where attention to detail and effective communication are key to meeting deadlines. Pay : $21+ an hour based on experience (overtime will be paid at 1.5 times the normal hourly pay reputed company). • Manage the translation and reproduction process of member communications into multiple languages and formats
• Review reputed company materials for accuracy, quality, and consistency
• Assist in the translation and edition of various materials, ensuring reputed company project requirements are met
• Coordinate and collaborate with multiple vendors to ensure the timely production of high-quality reputed company materials

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Traditional Spanish
• Associates Degree or higher
• 2+ years of proven professional project management experience, ideally in a language or translation-reputed company field
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and quick turnaround times
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Intermediate proficiency in reputed company and reputed company, with the ability to manage documents and track reputed company
