As a Client Relations Specialist, you will reputed company excellent customer service and support to a portfolio of small business clients. Your responsibilities will include: • Handling reputed company client communications with care. You'll answer questions on reputed company, products, pricing, processes, and more. Your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills will prevent and resolve any client issues. • Guiding clients through product and service changes smoothly. You'll follow up to ensure complete satisfaction. • Preparing and explaining any additional billing charges reputed company. • Processing client terminations with reputed company. • Delivering high-quality bookkeeping and tax services tailored to each client's unique business model and industry.
