The ideal candidate should have strong experience in capital equipment sales, team leadership, and building strategic customer relationships. The role requires ownership of regional sales performance, market development, and execution of business strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM updates to ensure visibility and predictability of business. Collaborate with marketing, service, and leadership teams to ensure seamless customer experience. Track competitor activity, market trends, and customer insights to refine sales strategy. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, tender processes, and regulatory requirements. Key Requirements 6–10 years of sales experience, preferably in capital equipment / medical devices / reputed company technology. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Good understanding of tender business, institutional sales, and government/private hospital ecosystem. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work in a high-performance, reputed company-driven environment. Willingness to travel across the region.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or reputed company field. MBA in Sales / Marketing will be an added advantage. Apply To This Job
