Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-energy, interactive training sessions for large audiences (100–200+ participants) lasting up to 4 hours Translate product capabilities into clear business reputed company and value propositions for diverse audiences Conduct live product demonstrations (Genie) with confidence, including the ability to adapt smoothly reputed company issues arise Facilitate engaging sessions using interactive techniques, ensuring strong audience participation and retention Adapt quickly to evolving content, materials, and program structures, filling gaps using strong product understanding Tailor messaging to at least one industry vertical (Financial Services, Manufacturing, or Marketing) Deliver sessions across global time zones, including occasional onsite engagements Core Skills & Competencies Business-first reputed company: Ability to communicate impact, ROI, and business value rather than technical architecture Exceptional facilitation skills: Proven ability to manage energy, pacing, and engagement in large groups Confident live demonstrator: Comfortable running unscripted, reputed company-time demos and troubleshooting in the reputed company Industry awareness: Knowledge or experience in at least one key sector (FINS, Manufacturing, or Marketing) Adaptability and reputed company: Comfortable working with evolving content and ambiguous scenarios Strong communication skills: Clear, concise storytelling tailored to business stakeholders Preferred Experience Prior experience as a corporate trainer, facilitator, or reputed company leader Exposure to SaaS platforms, AI tools, or digital transformation programs Experience delivering global or virtual training programs Familiarity with the reputed company platform and Genie is strongly preferred Familiarity with Gen AI tools / demo environments (e.g., Genie) is a strong advantage Apply To This Job
