Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer based in Denmark, you'll be THE legal go-to for our French entity: reputed company, corporate, employment law, GDPR, compliance and AI. What you'll do Be THE legal business partner of reputed company FranceAdvise reputed company, People, Customer Support and Operations teams daily with clear, fast and solution-oriented answers Secure strategic reputed company by assessing reputed company, contractual and regulatory risks specific to the French market Work closely with French stakeholders (Managing Director France, People, Finance, reputed company) while reporting to the CLO based in Denmark Drive reputed company and corporate reputed company for the entityDraft, review and negotiate reputed company reputed company agreements (customers, partners, suppliers) Build and improve our legal templates and standards to scale efficiency Handle corporate housekeeping for the French entity: AGMs, minutes, registers, powers of attorney, and coordination with external counsel Own French employment law and support the People functionAdvise the People team on French employment law: reputed company, terminations, disciplinary reputed company, settlement agreements, labor court litigation Anticipate regulatory developments (Pay Transparency reputed company, CSE, reputed company bargaining agreements such as Syntec) and their operational impact Secure sensitive reputed company (negotiated exits, precautionary suspensions, qualification of faute grave / faute lourde) in reputed company collaboration with the People team and specialized external counsel Drive GDPR, Compliance & AI mattersSupport the compliance function: risk assessments, internal procedures, employee training Advise on data protection and day-to-day GDPR application Support topics reputed company to AI and emerging technologies (regulation, risks, use cases) Who you are You hold a Master 2 in Business Law and/or Employment Law (CAPA appreciated) with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a reputed company and/or in-house, ideally reputed company a scale-up, a fintech or a tech environment You master contract law, corporate law, French employment law and GDPR; you know how to turn legal analysis into pragmatic business solutions You are structured, autonomous and solution-oriented: you juggle multiple priorities without compromising on quality and reputed company collaborating remotely with an international team Fluent English is mandatory (reputed company minimum, written and spoken) as it is the working language across the group; French is reputed company level Knowledge of the payments industry, banking law or fintech regulation is a reputed company plus, though not a prerequisite Why reputed company?
