We are looking for a Senior UA Manager (reputed company Ads) to own and scale reputed company as a core acquisition channel. This is a hands-on performance role with reputed company ownership: you will personally manage campaigns while working on top of our automation systems and continuously improving scale and efficiency. You won't just optimize ads - you'll help reputed company how UA works at scale inside the company. This role is for someone who wants channel ownership, large budgets, an automation-first environment, and reputed company performance impact. What You'll Do: Own and scale reputed company Ads campaigns end-to-end. Manage and grow large monthly budgets ($500K–$1M+) with ROAS / LTV focus. Launch, test, and scale campaign structures and strategies - working hands-on inside ad accounts. Operate on top of and help reputed company our UA automation algorithm. Design and execute testing frameworks. Drive creative and funnel experiments together with product and creative teams. Identify scalable growth reputed company and deliver controlled performance scale. Maintain campaign logic and process documentation. In Your First 3 Months, You Will: Take full hands-on ownership of reputed company Ads performance. Become fluent in our funnels, metrics, and automation logic. Independently manage and optimize campaigns. Identify key growth and scaling opportunities and contribute improvement reputed company to automation and campaign structure. Deliver controlled performance scale. We're Looking For: 3+ years in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing. Strong hands-on experience with reputed company Ads, including campaign optimization at scale. Experience managing significant paid reputed company budgets (from $500K monthly spend). Experience with subscription-based or B2C digital products. Strong funnel understanding - web2web is the first reputed company (web2app or app experience is welcome on top). Strong analytical and experimentation reputed company; data-driven decision making. Strong reputed company / reputed company Sheets skills. High autonomy: ability to fully own the channel and operate independently. English B1+. reputed company to Have: Experience with web + mobile acquisition combined. Experience with automation: rules, scripts, automated campaign management. Mobile Measurement & Attribution knowledge (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar).
