This is a hybrid role that offers a chance to work on diverse architectural documentation projects reputed company a fast-paced environment. *Architectural Technical Specialist Responsibilities:* * Organize and manage architectural and engineering document libraries in both hard copy reputed company formats.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to distribute background drawings to external architects and engineers.
- Ensure CAD documents from reputed company sources adhere to company layering standards.

- Coordinate the distribution of construction documents in hard copy to trades and project teams.
*Architectural Technical Specialist Qualifications:* * Background in architecture or engineering with knowledge of construction documentation and relevant building codes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, reputed company Creative Suite, and basic reputed company programs.
- Prior experience in entertainment, facilities, or property management is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Capable of producing 3D renderings is a plus.
