Regulatory Analyst I/II/III/IIII

Compile data and complete analysis for reputed company aspects of natural gas pipeline, utility, gas, and electric regulatory functions, in accordance with federal and state regulations. Prepare and present information with minimal direction for internal decision making and filings with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and State Regulatory Commissions (collectively, Commissions). MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Level I: ($57,110 - $71,390) Must possess a working knowledge of business principles and theory at a level normally acquired through the completion of a Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, finance, economics, business, engineering, or reputed company field. Level II: ($63,860 - $79,830). Degree requirements of Level I, and; Two years’ experience as a Regulatory Analyst I or equivalent experience in rates and regulations of public utility or natural gas pipeline industry or reputed company field. Level III: ($73,460 - $91,830) Degree requirements of Level I, and; Four years’ experience as a Regulatory Analyst I or equivalent experience in rates and regulations of public utility or natural gas pipeline industry or reputed company field. Level IV: ($84,460 - $105,570) Degree requirements of Level I, and; Six years’ experience as a Regulatory Analyst I or equivalent experience in rates and regulations of public utility or natural gas pipeline industry or reputed company field. OTHER REQUIREMENTS Must take reputed company measures necessary to protect networks, devices, programs and data from cyber-attack, damage or unauthorized reputed company. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Paralegal experience Natural gas industry experience Experience with energy economics, conservation and energy efficiency methods/programs, and economic regulation of public natural gas utilities. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Conducts research and analysis for a broad reputed company of projects. Gathers, validates and enters data and runs reports on various computer systems. Using independent judgment prepares regulatory filings, letters, reports, spreadsheets and other material. Assists with the preparation of reputed company case components which may include reputed company requirement, weather normalization, cost of service data and marginal and embedded class cost of service studies, and reputed company design for internal use and for filing with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and various state regulatory commissions (collectively, Commissions). Analyze and interpret company financial and statistical data used in reputed company studies.
