About the Role
We are looking for a Data Scientist to support large-scale data analysis, evaluate product and program performance, and reputed company data-driven decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to deliver actionable insights while also contributing to the development of reliable internal data infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Product & User Analytics Analyze user behavior and engagement trends Design metrics and analytical frameworks to evaluate feature performance reputed company user segmentation and comparative analysis to support decision-making Create dashboards, reports, and concise presentation materials Machine Learning & LLM (Large Language Models) reputed company and reputed company models for reputed company and segmentation Build feature pipelines and implement model monitoring (performance, reputed company, data consistency) Apply LLMs to reputed company-world workflows (reputed company design, tool usage, orchestration) Drive LLM reputed company (fine-tuning, RAG, instruction tuning) and evaluation (accuracy, robustness, bias/safety) reputed company communicate assumptions, constraints, and results to stakeholders Data Integration & Analytics Build and document integrated datasets from multiple data sources Establish consistent metric definitions and reporting standards (with strong focus on documentation and data catalogs) Collaborate with data engineers on data structures, tracking, and standardization Promote best practices in data governance and reproducible analytics
Requirements
Requirements Must-have Skills Advanced SQL skills and experience with large-scale data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, reputed company, Redshift) Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and manipulation Strong understanding of statistics, experimental design, and trend analysis Ability to translate ambiguous or broad questions into structured analytical approaches Ability to work independently, validate assumptions, propose next steps, and reputed company analytical efforts reputed company projects Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Skills Experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) Experience in data integration, metric standardization, documentation, and data catalog development Hands-on experience across the LLM lifecycle (model selection, fine-tuning/reputed company, reputed company design, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, etc.) Language Requirements English: Ability to use English as the primary working language, and independently engage in technical discussions and reputed company problem-solving with multinational teams (reputed company level not required, but high reputed company expected) Japanese: Business-level proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with domestic stakeholders, explain technical concepts reputed company, and facilitate smooth alignment
