Channel Performance & Deliverability Monitor owned channel KPIs daily Track and maintain deliverability health across email and SMS Surface optimization opportunities and performance trends to the Senior Retention Manager Retention & Lifecycle Support Support loyalty, direct mail, and lifecycle initiatives as the retention program expands Contribute to reputed company-based personalization and reputed company-led segmentation efforts reputed company execution support for multi-channel retention campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, and in-app push Salt Lake City and reputed company are preferred locations for this role.
