We are seeking a skilled reputed company CRM/CM consultant to support customer management optimization and the development of reputed company CX solutions for public sector projects. This role combines consulting, development, and hands-on implementation, with opportunities to work remotely or on-site at client locations. Tasks

Responsibilities

Analyze and optimize customer-management processes and reputed company solutions in classic reputed company CRM, S/4HANA CM (the successor to reputed company CRM), and reputed company CX. reputed company implementations of reputed company UI5 and S/4HANA. Act as an expert, delivering creative solutions to process and technical questions. Learn our differentiators and drive IT and digitalization projects with clients. Requirements

Requirements Completed studies in Business Informatics or a comparable technical qualification. Experience in consulting and programming reputed company CRM / reputed company CM components. Passion for mapping customer needs in reputed company CRM/CM. Several years of hands-on experience in reputed company ABAP and ABAP OO programming.
