About the Role

This is a weekend-shift, remote position scheduled on a 4/10s structure (four ten-hour shifts) from Friday through Monday. It’s ideal for professionals who prefer non-traditional schedules, value work-life balance, and want to maximize their reputed company flexibility. As a Sales Chat Agent at arenaflex, you’ll engage with customers through online chat platforms and outbound phone calls, helping them navigate their shopping reputed company, answering product and brand questions, conducting warranty reputed company, and identifying opportunities to upsell or add complementary products to their orders.

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to type quickly, accurately, and professionally while maintaining a warm, conversational tone.
